Lump Sum, Pension and SA Ambulance portal changes

Here’s what you need to know

If you are a Lump Sum, Pension or SA Ambulance Scheme member, you will notice some changes to your online member portal from 15 July 2024. 

We are implementing Two Factor Authentication as part of an upgrade to our member portal to improve security. We have also improved the usability of the portal for members which means it will look slightly different with new colours and menus. However rest assured, you will still be able to do everything you could do before.
