The Member Services Team is based in Adelaide, South Australia. Like the wider community, our team members come from a diverse range of cultures and backgrounds. We ask that all interactions with our team remain polite and respectful. 

We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday at 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Wednesday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (local time), excluding public holidays. Please note that Super SA may also use (08) 8214 7820 and (08) 8214 7810 for member contact.

You can visit our Member Centre on the Ground Floor at 151 Pirie Street, Adelaide (enter via Pulteney Street).
We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday at 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Wednesday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (local time), excluding public holidays.

Appointments are required for more complex or detailed matters, such as retirement options. Please contact us on (08) 8214 7800 to book an appointment.

Please send all physical documents to Super SA, GPO Box 48, Adelaide SA 5001. Alternatively, you can email a scanned copy or a photo of the completed form to us at supersa@sa.gov.au. In some instances an original copy of the form may be required.  We will contact you and request further information in these circumstances.

 


Language support request

You can request a service agent who speaks one of the following languages:
Spanish, Bengali, Greek, Hindi, Gujarati, German, Arabic, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil, Ukrainian, and Urdu.


      • Si el inglés no es su idioma preferido, puede solicitar que le hablemos en español.
      • ইংরেজি যদি আপনার পছন্দের ভাষা না হয়, তাহলে আপনি অনুরোধ করতে পারেন আমরা আপনার সাথে বাংলায় কথা বলি
      • Εάν τα αγγλικά δεν είναι η γλώσσα που προτιμάτε, μπορείτε να ζητήσετε να σας μιλήσουμε
      • यदि अंग्रेजी आपकी पसंदीदा भाषा नहीं है, तो आप अनुरोध कर सकते हैं कि हम आपसे हिंदी में बात करें।
      • જો અંગ્રેજી તમારી પસંદગીની ભાષા નથી, તો તમે વિનંતી કરી શકો છો કે અમે તમારી સાથે ગુજરાતીમાં વાત કરીએ.
      • Falls Englisch nicht Ihre bevorzugte Sprache ist, können wir auf Anfrage auch gerne Deutsch mit Ihnen sprechen.
