Your Member Portal experience

Accessing your Annual Statement

Using the Member Portal

A desktop computer or laptop with Google Chrome browser will provide the best online experience for viewing your Member Portal. If you’re unable to access your Annual Statement through the Member Portal filing cabinet, follow the below steps.

If you are on a mobile or tablet…

Using Chrome

  1. Open Google Chrome browser or download it here.
  2. Login to your Member Portal here.
  3. Navigate to My reports and My filing cabinet.
  4. Scroll down to see your list of files available for download.
  5. Select the three dots on the right of the date to see more information about the file available for download.

When you select the title of the document on an Apple device, it will bring up a bar at the bottom of the window where you can choose to download. You can then open the PDF document file from your downloads. If the document still does not download, please contact our member services team on (08) 8214 7800.

When you select the title of the document on an Android device, it will open the PDF document file or you can find it in your file downloads.

Using another browser

If using another browser your online experience may not be optimised. We recommend switching to Chrome on desktop to ensure a seamless experience.

If you are on a desktop computer or laptop…

On the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) network

If you are logged onto a SA Government supplied laptop or on the Department of Treasury and Finance network, you may experience issues when trying to submit forms including the ‘Reset your password’ form. If this issue arises, you will see an error message stating ‘There are some issues and you cannot proceed’ or ‘Something went wrong, please try again later’.

In this case, please try to reset your password on a personal device, outside of the Government network. i.e. on a personal phone or computer. If this is still not working, please contact the member services team on (08) 8214 7800.
