Making a claim

You may be in the unfortunate situation that you need to make a claim for income protection, if you have a total or permanent disability, or have a terminal illness.

It's at times like these we are here to help guide you through the process of lodging a claim.

Important information

Making a claim

If you meet the eligibility criteria and are a Triple S or FRP member, the next step is to fill in and submit the relevant forms, depending on what type of claim you wish to make.
